Use the pledge button on any tier. It opens an email with everything we need: your name as you'd like it displayed, and — for Camp Sponsors and Foundation Partners — a shirt size and mailing address.
We confirm and set up your recognition
We'll reply within a few days to confirm the details, set up your monthly gift, and add you to the Sponsors page. Foundation Partners also settle on their foundation's name at this step.
Your camps happen
We tell you where and when the location(s) you sponsor take place each month, so you always know whose town your gift reached.

Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Yes. Wellfield Health, Inc. is an Iowa nonprofit recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 99-4113900). Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and you'll receive a receipt for every gift.
Can I stop or change my pledge?
Yes. Monthly pledges can be paused, changed or cancelled at any time — just email us. Recognition on the website and at camps continues for as long as you are an active sponsor.
Can a business or organization sponsor?
Absolutely. Businesses, clinics, churches, farm cooperatives and community groups can sponsor at any tier. Camp Sponsors and Foundation Partners can display a business or organization name in place of a personal name.
What does a "personally named foundation" mean?
Foundation Partners choose a name — typically a family name or a name honoring someone — and Wellfield Health operates the two camp locations they sponsor each month under that name (for example, "The Anderson Family Foundation for Rural Health"). The name appears at both locations every month, on your plaque, and on our website. It is a recognition program within Wellfield Health, not a separate legal entity, so there is nothing for you to set up or file.
Can I choose the town my camp goes to?
Often, yes. If you have a community in mind, tell us and we will do our best to place your sponsored location there. We prioritize towns with the greatest need and a willing local host.
Can I make a one-time gift instead?
Of course. One-time gifts of any size are welcome and go straight toward running camps. Email us and we'll make it easy.
